By accessing or using Oputh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Oputh is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any features. By using this service, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We enforce age self-attestation upon registration and reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. Sharing accounts is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
All character responses on Oputh are generated by artificial intelligence models. Characters are fictional and do not represent real people. AI-generated content may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Oputh is not responsible for the content generated by AI models. You understand that interactions are simulated and not with real individuals.
You agree not to use Oputh to generate content involving minors, real persons without consent, or content that violates applicable law. You must not attempt to circumvent platform safety measures, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal usage. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.
Users may create characters within the limits of their subscription tier. Characters you create remain associated with your account. Public characters are visible to all users. You are responsible for ensuring your characters do not impersonate real people or violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove characters that violate our policies.
Oputh offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers (SubscribeStar and cryptocurrency payment processors). Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective payment provider. Refund eligibility follows the payment provider's policies. Features and pricing may change with notice.
The Oputh platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Oputh. User-created character definitions remain the intellectual property of their creators. AI-generated chat content is provided as-is and does not constitute intellectual property of either party. You grant Oputh a license to host and display your public characters on the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Oputh at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss of data or content resulting from account termination. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Oputh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI responses, or preservation of user data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oputh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
